1. The short version
Short version
No refunds, but no contracts either. Cancel any month-to-month package anytime and you will not be billed again. Multi-month prepaid packages and the current paid month are non-refundable.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is part of and incorporated by reference into the Wholesome Fitness Terms of Service. It applies to all coaching services, programs, and digital products ("Services") purchased from Wholesome Fitness, LLC ("Wholesome Fitness," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any Service, you ("Client," "you") agree to this Policy.
If any term in this Policy conflicts with the Terms, this Policy controls for refund and cancellation matters.
2. Why this policy
Coaching is custom work. When you enroll, we block scheduled time, build your individualized program, and commit hours of preparation to your file before your first session takes place. That work begins on enrollment and is not refundable once delivered.
In exchange, we do not lock you into long-term contracts on monthly plans. If coaching is not working for you, for any reason, you may cancel and walk away. No fees. No clawback. No penalty.
3. Monthly packages
Short version
Cancel anytime. You will not be billed for the next month. The month you have already paid for remains yours to use through its end date.
Monthly packages, including Hybrid Coaching and any month-to-month In-Person arrangement, are billed in advance on an automatically recurring monthly basis until cancelled.

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for any future billing periods after the effective cancellation date.
- All fees already paid are non-refundable. Your current paid month remains active through its end date, including programming, sessions where applicable, and messaging access.
- We do not issue partial-month refunds for any reason, including non-use, travel, illness short of a §7 Exception, schedule conflicts, or change of mind.
4. Multi-month prepaid packages
Short version
3-month and 6-month packages are paid in full up front and are non-refundable, including any unused portion.
Premium Online Coaching and Core Online Coaching are typically sold as 3-month or 6-month prepaid packages. By purchasing a multi-month package, you commit to the full term and acknowledge that the full purchase price is earned by Wholesome Fitness upon enrollment.
- Multi-month packages are non-refundable in whole or in part once payment is processed, including any unused months remaining in the term.
- If you become unable to continue due to circumstances covered in §7, contact us promptly. At our sole discretion, we may offer one of the following:
- A program pause of up to 90 days
- A transfer of the remaining term to a future start date
- Application of unused fees as credit toward a different Wholesome Fitness Service
- Prepaid packages are personal to you and may not be transferred, gifted, or sold to another person.
5. In-person sessions
In-Person Personal Training in Lakeland, Florida is invoiced according to the schedule confirmed at sign-up. This is typically a monthly invoice for an 8-session block (2 sessions per week) or a 12-session block (3 sessions per week).
- Paid sessions within your current block are non-refundable but remain available for use through the end of that block, subject to mutual scheduling availability.
- Unscheduled or unused sessions at the end of a block do not roll over to the next billing period unless we agree to a rollover in writing.
- To discontinue future blocks, you must provide notice before your next billing date in accordance with §9.
6. Missed and late-cancelled sessions
All scheduled sessions, check-in calls, and consultations, whether in-person or online, require at least 24 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited and not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling.
- Missed sessions without notice ("no-shows") are forfeited under the same terms.
- We may, at our sole discretion, waive this rule in genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Any such waiver is not a precedent and does not modify this Policy.
7. Exceptions
Short version
If something serious happens, medical emergency, military deployment, family crisis, contact us. We handle these case by case and try to do right by you.
The following situations are reviewed case by case at our sole discretion. We may, but are not obligated to, offer a pause, credit, partial refund, or other accommodation:
- Medical, A documented medical condition, injury, surgery, or pregnancy complication that prevents your participation for an extended period.
- Military, Active-duty deployment, relocation orders, or training that interrupts your ability to train.
- Significant life events, Death of an immediate family member, major illness, or comparable hardship.
To request an accommodation under this section, email Louisantonellipt@gmail.com as soon as the situation arises. We may request reasonable supporting documentation, such as a physician's note, deployment orders, or other relevant records. Our decision is final, except where Florida law requires otherwise.
This section creates no entitlement to a refund or credit. It is a discretionary accommodation framework.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a billing concern, contact us first. We will work in good faith to resolve it.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us may result in any or all of the following:
- Immediate suspension or termination of the Services;
- Loss of access to the coaching platform and any unused prepaid time, sessions, or credits;
- Recovery of chargeback fees, reasonable collection costs, and attorneys' fees incurred by Wholesome Fitness in responding to or defending against the dispute.
Nothing in this section waives any right you may have under federal law or the laws of the State of Florida.
9. How to cancel
Short version
Email Louis. That's it.
To cancel any package, email Louisantonellipt@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel coaching" and include your full name and the Service you are cancelling.
Upon receipt, we will:
- Acknowledge your cancellation within 1 to 2 business days;
- Confirm your effective end date in writing;
- Stop any recurring charges as of the confirmed end date.
10. Governing law and disputes
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Policy or any Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes apply only to Services purchased on or after the effective date of the change. Continued use of recurring Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
12. Severability
If any provision of this Policy is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
