1. Ownership of content
Short version
Everything we publish is ours. You can read it, share links, and quote briefly with credit. You can't copy it, repost it, or use it in your own business.
All content on Wholesome-coach.com (the "Site") and in the coaching services delivered by Wholesome Fitness, LLC ("Wholesome Fitness," "we," "us," or "our") including text, articles, blog posts, graphics, images, videos, tutorials, and coaching programs is protected by copyright law.
og posts, training programs, exercise libraries, videos, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, audio, downloadable resources, software, and the design and arrangement of all of the above ("Content"), is the property of Wholesome Fitness or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.© 2024–2026 Wholesome Fitness, LLC. 2. Permitted uses
Without obtaining further permission, you may:
- View, read, and interact with Content on the Site for personal, non-commercial use
- Print or download a single copy of any blog post or page for your own personal reference
- Share a link to a public page on the Site through email, messaging, or social media
- Quote a short excerpt (up to 75 words) in a non-commercial article, review, or social post, provided you (a) attribute Wholesome Fitness clearly and (b) include a link to the original page
If you are an active client of Wholesome Fitness, your use of the coaching materials we deliver to you is governed by the limited license described in our Terms of Service.
3. Prohibited uses
Except as expressly permitted in §2, in our Terms of Service, or by separate written agreement, you may not:
- Reproduce, copy, duplicate, or republish Content in any medium
- Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on Content
- Distribute, license, sell, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer Content to any third party
- Use Content for commercial purposes, including in your own coaching, training, course, group fitness, or fitness business
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice
- Frame, mirror, scrape, harvest, or systematically download Content using automated tools, bots, or AI training pipelines
- Use the Site or Content to train any machine learning model or generative AI system without our express written permission
- Pass off Content as your own work
4. Your content
If you submit testimonials, reviews, photos, videos, comments, or other materials to Wholesome Fitness ("User Content"), the licensing and ownership terms in our Terms of Service govern that submission. In short: you keep ownership of your User Content, and you grant us a license to use it in connection with our Services and marketing.
5. Trademarks
"Wholesome Fitness," the Wholesome Fitness logo and wordmark, and related taglines are trademarks of Wholesome Fitness, LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission, except to refer to Wholesome Fitness in a factual, non-misleading way (for example, "I trained with Wholesome Fitness").
All other trademarks, service marks, product names, and company names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement.
6. DMCA takedown procedure
Short version
Think we posted your copyrighted work without permission? Send a notice to the address below with the required details. We'll investigate and remove material that's infringing.
Wholesome Fitness respects the intellectual property of others. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
If you believe Content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notification to our designated agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, for multiple works on a single site, a representative list);
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (such as the URL of the page);
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright allegedly infringed.

Knowingly false notices are unlawful. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
7. Counter-notification
If material you posted to the Site has been removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent (above) that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant and may, at our discretion, restore the material in accordance with the DMCA.
8. Repeat infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We may also terminate accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is repeat infringement.
9. Requesting permission
To request permission to reuse Content beyond what is allowed in §2, email Louisantonellipt@gmail.com with the subject "Content Permission Request" and include:
- The specific Content you wish to use (URL, title, or description)
- How you intend to use it (publication, format, audience size)
- Whether the use is commercial
- How you intend to credit Wholesome Fitness
We respond to most requests within 5 business days. Permission, if granted, is given in writing and is limited to the specific use described.
