Before you apply
A few things people ask.
I haven't worked out in years. Is this for me?
Yes: most of my clients haven't trained consistently in five-plus years. Beginners and comebacks are exactly who this is built for. We start where you actually are, not where you wish you were.
Do I need a gym membership?
For online coaching, ideally yes, but a hotel gym, garage gym, or a few dumbbells at home can work. We'll figure out a setup that fits your life on the intro call.
For in-person training in Lakeland, you train with me at Zeus Training Hall, no separate membership needed.
How long until I see results?
Honest answer: you'll feel different in two weeks (sleep, energy, mood). You'll see different around eight to twelve. Most of my clients hit their first big inflection point at the three-month mark.
If anyone tells you 30 days, ask to see their long-term clients.
What if I have an injury?
I work around injuries every week: knees, shoulders, hips, post-surgical recoveries. If your doctor or PT has cleared you to train, I can build a program around it. If not, get cleared first.
Are there contracts?
No. Coaching is month-to-month. If it's not working, for any reason, you can stop, no fees and no awkward conversation.
What's the intro call like?
Fifteen minutes on the phone or Zoom. I ask about your goals and history. You ask anything you want. If we're a fit, we move forward. If we're not, I'll tell you, and often point you somewhere better.
